In our final Staff Pix of the semester, the Milk Crate staff reflects on the music we came to though each other. Sure, we might be a little self-obsessed, but it’s the end of the school year and we’re allowed to be mushy.
Sure, I might be embarrassed to admit that I listen to the Phineas and Ferb soundtrack regularly, but there’s no denying its sincerity.
I think there’s a Shakespeare in every corner of the South Bronx. And maybe a few Homers sprinkled throughout Fort Greene. All my favorite poets have always been rappers.
