Pavement plays a mature reunion show at the Wang Theatre, providing a performance sure to please fans of all varieties.

Dream Perfect Regime (DPR) is a South Korean company which focuses on promoting visual and musical artists of all genres. Their 2022 North American tour, which features DPR Cream (he/him), Live (he/him), and Ian (he/him), each performing their own set, stopped in Boston on Sept. 23.

Watching MUNA proved to me that no matter who’s watching, no matter how many people see you, you are more than allowed to be yourself. There’s value in self expression, and there will always be a place to go, especially if MUNA is around to share it

It’s very fitting that FINNEAS chose the Troubadour, a deeply historic Los Angeles location named after romantic poets, to debut his new single, “Mona Lisa, Mona Lisa” with a pop-up show. FINNEAS’s act defines the modern troubadour.

Del Water Gap electrified the stage the second he stepped foot on it, under the glow of a neon sign depicting a crude drawing of a horse with a bowl cut. Every song performed felt wildly sincere, proving that Jaffe has a mastery over both joy and sadness in his songwriting, and an even more exceptional aptitude for performing them live.

Indigo’s songwriting is brilliant in the waves of emotion she harnesses, each song bringing a moment of exhilarating release. That ebb and flow was even more spellbinding live, de Souza building from soft croons to noisy shreds and back again, controlling the audience like the moon does the tide.

Big Thief has been one of the best concert experiences I’ve had ever, period.

Lorde’s performance reaffirmed why I love going to concerts.
