Extending their arms towards the stage, the crowd reached for Beatty. A blend of voices echoed off the walls, every pause lifted with a word of encouragement. The sound surrounded the audience, a symphony that united the space.

I laced my sneakers and went out into the city to do some research, and instantly this track found its footing. It has the classic LCD Soundsystem-isms that make the song fun to run to. The electronic beat, fun piano loops, and instrumental layering that’s so dense yet so satisfying, but the real star of the show comes in the methodical pacing. The song works as a perfect regulator for the run, it made me feel like I was working towards something, an end.
Folsom’s strong and energetic performance kept the audience captivated through his evident stage presence. Standing the whole time, Folsom bounced around the stage, serenading the crowd. Folsom played a total of 24 songs, including archives, reissued songs, and songs from recent projects.
